- Make the group a safe place to share (confidentiality)
- Be excited
- Be prepared
- Have good food
- Complete follow-up calls (be encouraging!)
- Start and end the meeting on time
- Do outreach activities together
- Be available

- Co-lead and have them lead one section of the 4w's
- Ask them to lead one meeting
- Lead the group in their home
- Get everyone involved in some way (have them bring snacks, pray, read, etc.)
